  2. “We,” “Our,” and “Us”
    Refer to Money Gold LLC, including its divisions, affiliates, employees, agents, members, owners, directors, officers, successors, and assigns.

  3. “Transaction”
    Means any interaction between you and the Company involving the sending of Merchandise, the request for an Appraisal Kit, or the provision of personal information, as described above.

Representations and Warranties Regarding Merchandise

By engaging in a Transaction with Money Gold LLC, you represent and warrant the following:

  1. Age Requirement
    You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  2. Ownership and Authority

    • You have good and marketable title to the Merchandise.

    • You have full legal authority to sell the Merchandise.

    • You are the legal owner of the Merchandise and are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another party.

  3. Merchandise Condition

    • The Merchandise is free of all liens, encumbrances, and liabilities.

    • The description of the Merchandise you provide to the Company is accurate and complete.

    • Your possession of the Merchandise is lawful and not derived from illegal activity.

  4. Compliance with Laws

    • Any Transaction will not result in a violation of any applicable laws, including anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, or other federal, state, or foreign regulations.

    • You will provide any documentation or information reasonably requested by the Company to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations.

Guarantee Against Loss

Suppose you ship Merchandise to the Company from within the United States and comply with the Required Shipping Procedures outlined below. In that case, the Company guarantees your Merchandise against loss up to a maximum of $5,000.

Required Shipping Procedures

To qualify for the Guarantee Against Loss or Additional Insurance, you must comply with the following Required Shipping Procedures when shipping Merchandise to Money Gold LLC from within the United States:

Requesting Coverage Beyond Standard Guarantee

If you believe your Merchandise is worth more than $5,000, you may request additional insurance up to $100,000. To obtain additional insurance, you must:

How We Value Merchandise

The Company will assess the value of your Merchandise based on a calculated market price from reliable pricing sources, updated multiple times daily. The value is determined by the purity, weight, and condition of the Merchandise, as well as other factors deemed appropriate by the Company, such as quantity sold. All offers are final based on the condition of the Merchandise at the time of appraisal by the Company.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the Company’s offer for your Merchandise, you may decline the offer within five (5) calendar days of receiving it. The Company will return your Merchandise at no cost to you. To exercise this Satisfaction Guarantee, contact our customer support team:

Accepting Our Offer

Upon calculating an offer for your Merchandise, the Company will notify you via:

You must accept the offer within ten (10) business days. If no response is received, the Company may deem the offer accepted and issue payment via company check. Typically, offers are provided within one (1) business day of receiving your Merchandise.

Rejecting Our Offer

Return Policy

If you reject our offer, the Company will return your Merchandise via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another carrier of our choosing, at our expense. A signature will be required upon delivery unless you explicitly request delivery without a signature, in which case the Company is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Rescission

If you change your mind within five (5) calendar days from the date payment is issued, you may rescind the Transaction by completing our rescission form and returning the payment within five (5) days from the date on the rescission form. Payment Options and Procedures

  1. Available Payment Methods
    You may choose one of the following methods for receiving payment for your Merchandise:

    • Check via First Class USPS mail: no cost

    • Print-at-home-check: $5.00
    • Check via FedEx Express (2-3 days): $15.00 USD shipping fee
    • Check via FedEx Overnight (next business day where available): $25.00 USD shipping fee

    • PayPal™: 3.49% + $0.50 service fee charged by PayPal (not Company)

    • ACH transfer to your bank (for payments over $30,000): $35.00

  2. Payment Timing
    Payment will be issued within one (1) business day after your offer is accepted, using your selected method.

    • If no payment method is selected or your payment information is incomplete or incorrect, the Company will issue payment by company check.

  3. Verification and Documentation
    Before issuing payment, the Company may verify your personal and payment information through a national identification verification service.

    • If verification is unsuccessful, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation, which could delay payment.

  4. Third-Party Fees
    You are responsible for any third-party transaction fees associated with your selected payment method (e.g., PayPal or ACH fees).

    • You must review and accept any applicable fees before selecting your payment method.

  5. Regulatory Reporting
    For certain Transactions exceeding IRS reporting thresholds (e.g., Form 1099-B or Form 8300), the Company may be required to report payment details to the IRS or the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Best Price Guarantee

Referral Program

If you refer a new customer to Money Gold LLC using the referral method in My Account or the provided referral link, we will pay you 5% of the accepted offer amount (up to $250) on their first Transaction. Payouts are awarded five (5) days after the referred customer receives payment. Referrals of existing customers are not eligible.

Limitations on Promotions

Promotions and bonuses are redeemable only once per customer per Transaction and cannot be combined with other Company promotions. Promotion benefits apply only to Merchandise with precious metal value. No promotion or bonus will result in an offer exceeding 95% of the market price for coins or bullion or 90% of the market price for precious metals and diamonds.

Limitation of Liability

By engaging in a Transaction with Money Gold LLC, you agree that the Company’s liability for any claim, lawsuit, action, dispute, or controversy related to lost, damaged, or destroyed Merchandise is limited to the amounts outlined in the Merchandise Claim Liability Limit section. Making a Claim

If your Merchandise is lost or damaged in transit to or from the Company and qualifies under the Guarantee Against Loss or Additional Insurance, you may file a claim by contacting:

Claims must be filed within ten (10) days of the date the Merchandise was sent to or from the Company and must include all information reasonably requested by the Company. You must have complied with the Required Shipping Procedures. The Company is not liable for Merchandise delivered in empty or missing-content packages due to fraud risk, nor for packages that appear tampered with, damaged, or opened, whether accepted or rejected by the Company.

Merchandise Claim Liability Limit

Right to Terminate Transactions

The Company reserves the right to terminate any Transaction at its sole discretion without prior notice. If a Transaction is terminated, your Merchandise will be returned within three (3) business days via a shipping method of our choosing.

Electronic Communications and Signature

You consent to receive communications from the Company electronically and to perform actions, including providing consent and signatures, electronically to the fullest extent permitted by the Federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act or similar state laws. All agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays caused by acts of God or events beyond our control, including but not limited to fires, hurricanes, flooding, storms, explosions, infestations, epidemics, pandemics, or technical difficulties. We will notify you of such delays when possible.

Governing Law

All Transactions with Money Gold LLC are deemed to occur in Florida and are governed by Florida law and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
